Was able to get out with old time friend Brian last night for Iron & Wine.
Concert was a bit slow in places, but it also had some real highlights.
I think I reached the conclusion last night that's the more hard driving stuff that translates best to live performances. I found my mind wandering when they got into more abstract smooth jam sessions.
Great to catch up with Brian, glad to finally see I&W come through town, but probably my first and last time to see them live.
