Snow Kite - Day 1

Saturday was day one for snow kiting, it's gonna be a steep curve.

Wind 12, gusts to 16 @ 180.
temp 20
Mini Skyline - New Hudson

The leading edge inflatable is alot more difficult to set up and keep flying, but it has a huge advantage in durability, and I need that right now, so I'm going to continue flying the Ranger, keeping the T3 tucked away safely for winter.

After an hour of untangling bridle lines and scratchin' my head, we have lift off. Seems to need at least 12-15 mph wind to fly, even more for real power.
